Computer Science:

The Department of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) was established in 2009 and has grown          exponentially over the last few years, evolving to meet demands of the 21st century. This is an emerging and powerful branch of Engineering, which has the tremendous advantage of abstraction and flexibility.
Professionals from other engineering and technology domains harness the power and flexibility provided by computers. As a result this branch encompasses all the domains and is much sought after.

The department offers BE in CSE as an undergraduate program, which is an eight-semester course. The PG course is spread over four semesters, as per the Visvesvaraya Technology University (VTU) syllabus, which is revised from time to time to align itself to the changing needs of the industry.
