Admissions at Angadi Institute of Technology and Management

Prospective Engineering students can seek admission to the Institute through the Common Entrance Test (CET) administered by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka. The CET is administered once a year, usually after the Pre-University Examinations of the Karnataka Pre-University Examination Board, Bangalore are over. The Test is notified in Newspapers sometime in January/February each year. The eligibility to take the CET and other criteria and procedures are published along with this notification and are subject to change every year. Students from other States in India are also required to take the CET for admissions to the Engineering Course in Karnataka.
The students are urged to lookout for the CET announcement in the National Newspapers and to keep in touch with the nearest Engineering College for further information.

Eligibility for B.E :
General Category : 50% marks at PUC/10+2 level in Physics, Mathematics & either of Biology, Chemistry & Bio-Technology.
Reserved Category : 45% marks at PUC/10+2 level in Physics, Mathematics & either of Biology, Chemistry & Bio-Technology.

Eligibility for M.C.A :
General Category : 50% marks in any of the graduation with Mathematics, Computer Science,Statistics as one of the subject. In addition they have to qualify in the PGCET/K-MAT Examination.
Reserved Category : 45% marks in any of the graduation with Mathematics, Computer Science,Statistics as one of the subject. In addition they have to qualify in the PGCET/K-MAT Examination.

Eligibility for M.B.A :
General Category : 50% marks in any of the graduation. In addition they have to qualify in the PGCET/K-MAT Examination
Reserved Category : 45% marks in any of the graduation. In addition they have to qualify in the PGCET/K-MAT Examination

How to get the brochure
Application forms for CET are supplied at the Pre University Colleges. However, outside Karnataka students may obtain the application form directly from C.E.T.Cell, Bangalore.
