ZING , the annual day conducted by the students every year is a great opportunity for the students to display their talents in different activities & streams .Numerous competitions and programmes are organised on this occasion at AITM. 

The Freshers Day was held  at our main collage  premises, our Chairmand Shri Suresh Angadi , Director M.B.Patil & parents from the audience inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp. Our Chairmen Shri   Suresh Angadi Member of the Parliament delivered the Welcome speech  &  introduced the faculty member  to the students  &  also addressed the gathering. The parents were then entertained with a real visual treat. The dance performances were mind blowing. 

AITM inaugurated NCC Army wing unit on 30^th Nov 2010 to make students expose to the experience of defense service & make them to adopt defense discipline & lifestyle .  Col V.K.Pillai from 26^th Battalion was a guest of honor.  Dr M.B.Patil & Prof Kiran Potadar raised their gracious presence.

Col V.K. Pillai addressed the students about tremendous need of technical graduates in all the three wings of defense services & various ways to entry into defense service & the adventurous career that students can get  through.  He appreciated the interest being shown by the students despite of such hectic engineering semester studies. Dr M.B Patil addressed the students & made a point saying students should take utmost use of such extra curricular activities which will add value to their career Prof Kiran Potadar presented the vote of thanks Dipika & Amruta S G hoisted the program.

The management and staff  decided to celebrate the sports day  with a difference this year. Hence, various competitions  were arranged for students  in the college  premises like table tennis , 100 mt. running races, caroms, chess,  flower arrangement , rongoli competition.   The winning students  were  awarded prizes on the occasion of Sports Valedictory function. Prizes were given to the students for their excellence performance in various competitions held on the occasion.
