Director’s Profile:

Dr.H.N Nagaraja acquired his Ph.D degree from Nation’s prestigious Institute, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, in the year 2006. He was graduated from Govt. BDT college of Engg. Davanagere and post graduated from Walchard College of Engg. Maharashtra in the year 1986 and 1991 respectively. He selected teaching profession by choice and has a vast experience of 25 years in teaching & 4 years in research. He is totally a Committed, dedicated teacher who feels family as secondary. He has visited many reputed National & International Universities.

He served SDM institute for 25 years at various capacities as Professor, Finance Officer TEQIP, Co-ordinator of National Conference, Chairman, Institution of Engineers students chapter, Warden etc. and presently serving as Principal & Director of Angadi Institute of Technology & Management, Belgaum.

His field of interests are Power Electronics, Network Analysis, Non Conventional Engg. Sources. Power supply design etc.

As an academician so far he has guided more than 30 students project, some were sponcered by KSCST and some were sponcered by SDMCET. Two of the project has won State level prizes.

Prof. Nagaraja is a recipient of Best paper presentation award in the National Conference held at Vellore Institute of Technology Vellore. He has presented more than 18 National & International Papers. He has presented his papers at Japan, Malaysia & Hongkong

He is the life member of Institution of Engineers, System Society of India, Indian society for Technical Education.
